I'd like to emphasize the mental and emotional advantages of engaging in acts of charity on World Charity Day. Being charitable not only benefits those in need but also has a profound impact on our own mental health. It deepens our capacity for empathy, provides a sense of direction and meaning in our lives, and helps alleviate the stress we may be experiencing. In essence, giving to others is a gift we give to ourselves in terms of improved psychological well-being.

Hello, how are you feeling today? Today I was thinking it would be a good idea to talk about confidence. I, like so many of you, can find myself wavering in confidence with highs and lows. So, I would like to try a couple of questions this morning?

1. How confident are you feeling today from 1-10 (lowest-highest)?
2. Do you think you need to improve your confidence?
3. Which step do you feel you need to do most to improve your confidence?
