Heather is a Certified CranioSacral Therapist with 20 years experience. Having discovered CST in 2004, the profound healing effect of this gentle touch inspired her to start her training, and she continues to work with the Upledger Institute UK.
CST is a client led, hands on approach, working with the body’s own ability to self heal.
By connecting with the body’s ’Inner Wisdom’, through the Cerebrospinal fluid flow, a wide range of issues can be resolved, allowing deep changes to occur, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Heather is an Advanced practitioner, and has recently completed an integrative counselling course, which adds a therapeutic element to her ‘hands-on’ work, creating a safe space for clients to work through their process. She is passionate about CST and works with a broad spectrum of clients, from newborns to the ‘more mature’ age ranges.
