Thought of the day, “how to create balance that works for you “ As massage therapists we strive in creating a space for our clients to relax, time for themselves & self love/worth!
How do we create that balance for ourselves, to re-charge our batteries, we have wonderful swaps with our fellow therapists 🙏😊
To be able to give we need to receive, keep in mind our need to fall in love with our therapists self love ❤️

WOW what a difference this has made to my clients & myself. It’s been a few weeks now since I made those changes to my appointment times, adding on those extra 30mins between clients 💜
No one likes to feel rushed, sometimes you need an extra few minutes before you peel yourself off of the massage couch !
Feeling lighter, looser & shoulders eased away from your ears !!
I just want to add at this time, a big thank you for all your wonderful support, small businesses are having a tough time!
We all appreciate our local community, more now than ever.
