My ambition is to help people achieve a better quality of life for themselves. Having trained at the Natural Heath School affiliated with the NHS, I use my skills and experience to create treatments specifically for you supporting you to work towards your health and wellness goals. I've created a warm, welcoming luxurious treatment room that once visited, will leave you feeling pampered with purpose. We can feel out of balance for all sorts of reasons physically and mentally, so whatever your motivation for treatment, The Retreat provides an escape from every day life for those invested in their health to focus on what they need. With a passion for all things wellness, I'm always learning, researching and training in new techniques to become the best therapist I can be.

Hi, I’m Tracy — a qualified Massage Therapist and Reflexologist with a big heart for helping people feel their best, every day. 💆‍♀️✨

Before creating The Retreat, I spent years in a busy HR career, constantly on the go (and if I’m honest… totally running on empty!). Eventually, I realised something had to change. I needed to reset, rebalance, and reconnect — and that’s exactly what inspired me to follow my dream and open my own calm, welcoming space where you can do the same. 💚

Now, my days are spent helping lovely clients relax, recharge and find what feels good for them — whether that’s easing tension, supporting wellbeing, or simply taking a well-deserved break from it all.

🌿 Back at The Retreat & feeling grateful! 🌿

After a week off being unwell, I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back — and to actually feel well again! It’s funny how you don’t realise just how poorly you were until the fog lifts and your energy returns. 💛

It’s been a gentle reminder of how important it is to listen to our bodies and prioritise self-care — not just when we’re unwell, but always. Rest really is one of the kindest things we can give ourselves.

I’m so happy to be back doing what I love, and best of all, to be back with Fergie, who’s been very excited to return to The Retreat too (a little too excited at times today!). 🐾💆‍♀️

We’ve got a busy week ahead catching up with lovely clients, and I just want to say a huge thank you for being so understanding, flexible, and kind while I took some time to rest and heal. You really are the best. 💛
