In order to make your visit safe and as relaxing as possible, the highest standards of hygiene and safety have been set. Intensive cleaning measures introduced in 2020 are updated regularly in accordance with Scottish Government guidelines. All public areas, treatment room and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each client. As business owner and therapist, I am pleased to advise that I have been vaccinated against Covid-19 (first dose) and am awaiting notification of the second dose. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
This can be done in person, by phone, text, email, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Should you need to amend or cancel an appointment, kindly allow 24-48 hours notice where possible. ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive as close to your start time as possible wearing a face covering (disposable masks can be provided if required) Your temperature may be taken; you will be asked to remove your shoes and jacket and sanitize your hands, after which you will be accompanied to the treatment room and asked to complete a Covid-19 declaration as well as Pure Heart Holistic's consultation form. Your contact details will be held (confidentially) should it be necessary to get in touch with you as per current legal requirements for Covid-19 Track & Trace purposes. SANITIZING MEASURES:
High grade hand sanitizers are provided on arrival (and departure) as well as in the treatment room and bathroom. FACE COVERINGS:
Don't worry if you forget to bring a face covering. A disposable mask will be provided which must be worn in the public areas and treatment room so that both client and therapist are protected. This is especially important if any close contact work is carried out near the face. FOOD & DRINK:
This is still discouraged however I can provide bottled water to ensure hydration during and after treatments. Please feel free to bring your own water if you wish. PARKING & ACCESS:
There is parking available opposite the entrance but unfortunately there is no access suitable for wheelchair users. PRIVACY / GDPR
