Time to Refocus
Over the last year, Iāve taken a step back to really reflect on my businessā¦
Trying to balance full-time work alongside everything here meant I wasnāt able to give it the time and energy it truly deservesāand I started to feel a little disconnected from it.
So Iāve made some changes in my life to create more balance, and with that has come a lot more clarity.
On a personal note, over the past couple of years Iāve experienced burnout, and itās taught me that I canāt do everything the way I once didāand thatās okay.
At the time, I didnāt fully recognise what burnout wasābut looking back now, I understand it so much more.
I know this is something many people will relate to.
Iāve brought Time For You back to what it was always meant to be š¤
A space focused on relaxation, where you can fully switch off, unwind, and take time thatās completely your own.
Massage and facials have always been at the heart of why I started this, and thatās exactly where my focus will be.
For now, aesthetics will be taking a back seat. I simply donāt have the capacity at the moment, and I want to focus on what truly aligns with me.
Working as a mental health nurse, Iāve always valued having something that allows me to step away from responsibility, decision-making, and the constant demands of my role.
Relaxation treatments became that space for meāand I wanted to create the same for others.
And from my side, these treatments are just as important.
Theyāre something I genuinely enjoy deliveringāan outlet for me, too.
I love creating that calm space, and even more, I love seeing how it makes you feel afterwards.
Because life can feel full in so many different ways.
Whether thatās work, family, caring for others, running a home, or simply carrying the weight of day-to-day life.
This is your time out.
Your moment of stillness.
A place where nothing is expected of you.
Iām currently refining my treatment menu, with a collection of beautiful, relaxing experiences launching very soonā¦
Because so many people tell me they never take time for themselves
and thatās exactly why Time For You exists.
