New Courses!! Scroll to see what we have to offer in 2026.

Now is the perfect time for fresh starts, new goals, and new opportunities. This January, we’re delighted to be welcoming learners onto our fully funded courses, designed to build confidence, skills, and brighter futures.

We are growing and we would love our members help!

PRS Community Access Network is a place where individuals can feel valued, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities, and parents and carers play a vital role in helping others discover the right support.

If you are already a member of PRS or a parent/carer of someone who is a member of PRS and you know someone who could benefit from coming to our community Access Network sessions, we would love for you to share your experience with them.

As a thank you, for every successful referral you make, you will receive a £30 gift card for either Amazon, Tesco or Asda. It’s our way of showing appreciation for helping us reach more individuals and families who may need our support.

If you’d like to refer someone, you can either give us their details (with their consent) and we will contact them or you can pass on our phone number 07933062232 - make sure to tell them that you referred them!

A brand new year and so many exciting things ahead! ⬇️

As we step into the new year, we’re proud to continue supporting our learners to build confidence, independence, and joy every single day 💛

We’ve got some amazing opportunities coming up — including our learners taking part in the Jarrow March performance, and over the next few months we’ll be exploring British Heritage together.

Alongside this, we’ll be enjoying all our much-loved activities like cookery, art, archery, dance, fitness, book club, and film club 🎨🏹💃📚🎬

We’re excited to welcome people with disabilities to our friendly PRS Cookery session at Ocean Road Community Centre.

A relaxed, supportive space to build confidence, learn practical cooking skills, and enjoy being part of a community 💬

Merry Christmas from all of us at PRS Inclusion & Training Services.

Thank you to our learners, members, families, partners, staff, and our wider community for your incredible support this year.

Next year is a special one: our 20th anniversary : I’m so proud of how far we’ve come and the learners & members we’ve supported over the years. We’re so excited for everything ahead, as we’re expanding across the North East & beyond creating new Community , training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, neurodivergence and barriers. We’re offering a full year of activities, training & employment opportunities , shows, community work, social value & progression routes that matter.

Whether you’re already part of PRS and looking forward to the new opportunities coming your way, or you’re not with us yet and want to try something new, you’re welcome to come along, join our free tasters across South Tyneside, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Sunderland, Durham & Northumberland
