Please note… I’m always very busy at this time of year. If you need to change an appointment please give me as much notice as possible. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place, if you cancel after this time you will be liable to pay the full appointment fee. If you do need to change an appointment, thats not a problem but please be aware that you may have to wait a while for another appointment date.
Also bear in mind that I am mobile and appointments can over run, therefore appointment times are approximate.

Good afternoon, I hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather! Just a gentle reminder that I am exceptionally busy, especially at this time of year. Please can you book in your appointments well in advance. There seems to be a bit of a trend at the moment of people calling up and being incredibly rude when they can’t be seen immediately. Please note this will only result in no appointments being offered now and in the future. Thank you!

Also I have a try twice call back rule. I will try twice to call someone back. My number will appear as withheld or from Sheffield/Manchester/London, just due to the app I use for my business calls. If you haven’t spoken to me within a couple of days, please feel free to call me again. Thank you!
