Well after a lovely relaxing break I’m back in The Little Healing Room
I seen this post off a lovely medium called Stephanie and just loved it 🙏🕊️💚
Paying it forward isn't just a random act of kindness — it’s energetic circulation.

Every time you give — whether it’s love, money, time, attention, kindness, care, or healing — you’re moving energy.

You're saying to the Universe: “I trust in abundance enough to share it.”

And what you share doesn’t disappear.
It multiplies, returns, reroutes, and grows in ways you can’t see yet.

But here’s the thing — paying it forward isn’t just for others.

It can be (and should be) for:

People

Animals

The land

Your past....present....and even your future self

Because every act of mindful giving is a timeline-clearing, heart-expanding moment — reminding your soul that you are both the giver and the receiver.

Here’s how paying it forward can look across dimensions:

⚫ To others: Holding space. Buying a stranger’s meal. Smiling at someone who looks tired. Leaving a kind note. Sharing wisdom without expectation.

⚫ To animals: Feeding a stray. Leaving water out. Adopting or fostering. Donating to rescue groups. Simply acknowledging their presence with kindness.

⚫ To yourself: Making space for your healing. Forgiving an unhealed version of you. Scheduling rest. Buying flowers for you. Reparenting your inner child.

Every time you pay it forward, you're confirming that you are not the end of the flow — you are part of the cycle.

It’s not about:

“What do I get back?”

“Will they appreciate it?”

“Is this big enough?”

It’s about trusting that what you put out returns amplified — often through unexpected channels.

Give without keeping score.
Love without needing proof.
Pour energy where it feels aligned, not obligated.

That’s how you turn kindness into currency, generosity into alignment, and gratitude into motion.

When you pay it forward, you’re not just giving.

So we start the journey to Barbados for to pick up the Arvia cruise ship it’s been a crazy 6 weeks with Jimmys health problems but tomorrow we head to Manchester
He’s now full of cold & sore throat but hey ho it’s that time of year
Anyway point being The Little Healing Room is closed until wed 26th November
So I’ll look forward to seeing you all then 🧡

Listening to The Falling Rain

I breathe with the rhythm of the falling rain,
letting each inhale gather peace,
letting each exhale release tension,
feeling the world soften around me
