Hope everyone has had a decent weekend!

Plenty of classes to choose from next week The Well Beings Collective to suit you needs, ability, time frame and price range.

Classes are 60mins unless otherwise stated and range from completely free to £10 to drop in.

PILATES Breathe

This FRIDAY - 13/02 is the last £5 Pilates class at the 2026 introductory price - after this time classes will increase inline with Yoga see more details below:

WHEN:
Monday’s 7.15 - 8.15PM
Friday’s 10.00 - 11.00AM

WHERE:
Breathe, inside of Charlotte Terrace Business Centre, South Shields, opposite the Town Hall & above the Cask Lounge pub.

WHY:
Pilates is a safe and effective exercise to create core strength in order to strengthen the muscles that support the spine.
It can also improve postural alignment whilst increasing mobility and flexibility.

HOW MUCH:
From 16/02
Classes are £10 to drop in of £8.50 as part of a 5 class pass which can be used across the course of 3months (£42.50)

No classes this evening!

Updating Feb class timetable now and extending my £5 Pilates offer for another 2 weeks until 13th Feb.

1. Improves FLEXIBILITY and range of motion
2. Reduces INJURY risk
3. Builds STRENGTH in underused muscles, like stabilising muscles in the feet for example
4. Supports RECOVERY
5. Improves BREATHING efficiency

These are just some but there are so much more.

If you have a race coming up, you are a park runner, or just a regular solo runner get yourself booked into an expert led class for less than the price of a cocktail 🍹

I’m having a BUFFER…
I’m HERE ‘South Shields’ after 5 weeks away in Australia, I’m not teaching any classes today/tonight so I can:

✅ cuddle my dogs (top priority!)
✅ prep some warm meals 🥶
✅ unpack

I never give myself a buffer after I’ve been away because I always feel that I should be working if I’m home - then I wonder why life feels like a whirlwind🌪️ it’s an obvious answer of…because I made it that way myself 😅

I’m assuming you come to my classes to reenergise and for some restoration, so I’m preparing myself so I can give that back to you for the rest of the month.

See you from Wed for Yoga & Friday for Pilates.
P.S all Pilates classes will be £5 this month as a little January refresh, so don’t book any yet as I need to update the system 1st.

Hi I’m Michaela, I founded the Well Beings Collective in August 2018 to share my passion for wellbeing in a holistic and community driven way.

I’m am a qualified Yoga instructor, Mindfulness teacher and a LifeClubs host and have brought these skills together to share with you. I will be teaching and running events in London/Newcastle & South Shields.

At The Well Beings Collective we provide accessible, affordable activities to empower you to own your own health & happiness journey.

We join likeminded people to meditate, practice Yoga, set goals but importantly connect with one another through open conversations in a supportive environment.
