This week at Langley House… 💚

We rolled up our sleeves and baked homemade pies for tea, and spent plenty of time getting festive with Christmas arts and crafts – including some papier-mâché.

Our lovely hairdresser Christine popped in to pamper us, and we kept active with fun parachute games.

We’ve also been busy practising our Christmas carols, ready for our upcoming festive performance. 🎶

Meanwhile, our staff and families are taking part in a friendly Christmas wreath competition! 🎄

This week at Princess House we've been getting in the festive spirit. We decorated the trees together including one with all of the residents' salt dough decorations.

We also did some Christmas crafts and made a wreath!

We played games and did lots of dancing and a fun sing-a-long.

This week at Langley has included a range of activities, including dominoes and ball games to keep minds and bodies engaged.

We’ve enjoyed flower arranging, as well as decorating the Christmas tree and painting the windows to bring some festive cheer to the home.

There was also some baking, and Mr Motivator paid us a visit to get everyone moving! 😁

We spent time on reminiscence activities, reflecting on meaningful moments and what our hands have created and cared for throughout life.

We welcomed the brilliant Mike Memphis for an Elvis tribute act that had everyone singing and dancing. 🎵

It's been another fun-filled week at Princess House.💚

We've done lots of games and crafts this week including making some salt dough decorations ready for our Christmas tree. 🎄

We also had a pamper day! We were visited by a hairdresser and we had hand massages and manicures. 😁

We made rice krispie rocky roads for the tea trolley, and our lovely Muriel won the raffle! 🥳

Lots of creative activities this week at The Gardens!

We observed Remembrance Day by making some wreaths for the church service.

On Wednesday we were visited by a ukulele player and we had a sing and dance.

On Friday we had a day for Children in Need, making Pudsey masks and baking Mary Berry double chocolate cookies for the coffee morning on Saturday!
