My passion and area of expertise is in physique transformations and exercise execution for all levels

I have a vast knowledge of all different areas in the fitness industry, I recently completed my first Great North Run in a very decent time of 1 hr 36mins, I achieved this with no previous experiences of running competively and only 2 months of preparation. I feel I could give some good insight into how others could achieve the same results. In my spare time I enjoy and am proud to say I've been kickboxing since 2012 because of this I know how to get your fitness levels to their maximum, kickboxing is a very physical demanding sport requiring extreme levels of fitness and explosive power. I can get these results from anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort. Also in this sport I have often had to drop weight in preparation for a fight so this is also an area that I am familiar with. Until 2012 I was extremely unfit with an unhealthy lifestyle but since then fitness has changed my life for the better and I want to help you and many others like you realise and achieve your dreams of a fitter future. As a certified REP's Level 3 Personal Trainer I can guarantee a quality level of service's whether it's one of my circuit training classes I provide or one of my high intensity workout classes, I promise you will of been challenged and pushed to your limit whilst also enjoying doing so. I also provide 1:1 Personal Training sessions which is guaranteed to get you results, this service is based solely around you and supporting you to achieve your goals, whether it be getting bigger, more defined muscles, weight loss or just getting back into shape and fitter. Whatever your goals are I will be there step by step to support and guide you, learning you how to achieve it. I have a certified qualification in Sports Nutrition so for additional charges I can also provide Nutritional advice.

Steven wanted to get back into shape for Ibiza and in 12 weeks he has absolutely knocked it out the park.

We started off with going through a consultation to get all the info I needed for us to then agree on how we were going to fit this in and accommodate around his already busy schedule.

Absolutely outstanding progress so far from 1-1 client Claire Challoner.

Claire has been relentless in her pursuit to making a change in her physique by completely turning round her life habits.

Every session she gives 100% and I’m do proud of how far she’s come so far going from a size 24 to now being a size 14!!!

Awesome progress from 1-1 PT client Josh Wilkinson in his first 3 months with me.

Josh reached out to me as he’d had enough and wanted to make a change, not just with his physique but with his habits to become healthier, happier and the best he can be for his family.

With no previous gym experience this was a huge huge step and was completely out of his comfort zone.

3months later you can see he’s not messed about and with my guidance and support Josh has consistently hit the targets we set out and agreed was possible for him.

His confidence has drastically improved and I’m so proud of how far this lad has come not just physically but in the sessions too.

I first began my PT journey with
Simon back in 2016, very
overweight, pretty miserable with
n u m e r o u s h e a l t h c o n d i t i o n s
hindered by my weight, one being
herniated disks in my spine.

I wanted to avoid surgery so (once l’d
had an MRI and the go ahead from
my neurosurgeon of course!) I then put
my trust in Simon to put together a
new plan with the focus on
strengthening my back and core as
well as losing weight and overall
fitness.

Fast forward a year and we
had achieved the goal of me having to
avoid the need for a very invasive
surgery as well as dropping around
60lbs!

Though I still wasn’t where I wanted
to be by this point, there was
somewhat of a plot twist when I
discovered that I was pregnant with
my first child.
A big surprise (though
very much a happy one!) as I had
also been having treatment for pre-
cancer of the uterus, a condition
which is exacerbated by estrogen,
which we know is fed by fat cells.

Fast forward to now and I have got 2
gorgeous little girls and am about to
return to Simon and pick up where
we left off and continue my fitness
journey 💪🏻

Today was Sophie Burns last session with me, it’s fair to say she’s come a long way.

Sophie’s confidence has skyrocketed as she’s made fantastic progress with her lifts in the gym and now feels less intimidated by the gym environment and obviously with her body shape….. look at that transformation in her physique 😮

Sophie come to me wanting to tighten up for her holidays.

Sophie was doing 2x45min sessions a week with me and consistently smashed her step targets and nutrition targets that we outlined for her.
