Happy Saturday!

So today I have done 2x The ASMR Experience sessions and I don't use music for this treatment, I use white noise such as bird sounds or rain fall..

This session is all about bringing you in to the present moment with sounds, smells and sensations..

And honestly its on a different scale..

Especially if you have a busy mind, adhd etc it really helps to zone you in and quieten the mind, bringing you to the present moment..

Gift vouchers.. 🎁

Just to clarify any confusion-if you have an online gift card, your appointments can be booked directly on the app so that money can be taken from the gift card.

In person card gift cards- these can be booked by directly messaging me, as the booking system would ask you for an upfront deposit which will be extra to the credit on your gift amount. So the best way to book these if you don't want to spend anymore than the gift card amount is to directly message me.

Fantastic session for fellow industry pal- Stephanie Lynne N**e skin clinic..

And anybody that knows Steph..you'll not believe it..the quietest and most relaxed to EVER be seen!! 😅😊 she almost fell asleep- what a win! 👏🙌🤪

Also, Steph performed microneedling on me for the first time which;

•Helps the skin to produce collagen
•Sends new nutrients to the skin for cell renewal,
•Tightens,
•Helps to reduce pores, texture and fine lines,

It was my turn for some relaxation (a relaxing and soothing deep tissue massage this time)..

And aah, the feeling thats hard to beat..

The stillness and lightness within the body, the grounding and quietening of the mind..

That slight euphoric high that lasts the rest of the day, and creeps into how you handle life in the days that follow..🧘‍♀️🫶
