💡 Fake or Fact? Test your first aid knowledge!

1️⃣ You should suck the venom from a bite or sting ❌ Fake – this can make things worse
2️⃣ The recovery position keeps the airway clear for an unconscious casualty ✅ Fact – it helps prevent choking
3️⃣ Using an AED (defibrillator) can double to quadruple chances of survival ✅ Fact – early defib saves lives

Hi everyone, I'm Lex. I'm the Founder and Lead Trainer here at React Fast Training. As a UK Armed Forces Veteran and ex-Police Officer I bring a unique perspective to our First Aid training.

Having been First Aid qualified since the age of 12 I understand the importance of clear instruction and practical skills.

I founded React Fast Training because I saw the need for practical, no-nonsense First Aid Training delivered by someone who truly understands applying First Aid in real emergencies. Every course I teach is informed by real first-hand experiences not just text book theory.
