Using first-hand accounts from international employees, this engaging and thought-provoking webinar explores the essential role of clear communication in culturally and linguistically diverse teams. It highlights some of the unique challenges posed by language barriers and cultural differences and offers practical strategies to bridge potential communication gaps, thereby improving team cohesion, staff wellbeing and ultimately patient safety.

Zanne Gaynor and Kathryn Alevizos have published two books on clear communication, both of which were shortlisted for Business Book Awards. They run Acrobat Global, a company that provides training for culturally and linguistically diverse organisations with a particular focus on more inclusive and empathetic communication. Their articles have been published in various publications including the Nursing Times
