Now that the children are back in school, I will be holding lunchtime meditations for women Friday's 12pm-1pm starting 16th September.

We are so busy as women and this will give you time for you, to relax, unwind and rejuvenate before the weekend.

It will be a lovely time to allow you to focus only on you, give yourself this time for you.

I will be offering a short free taster meditation today at 12pm at The Galanos House Hub and Cafe and you will be able to book on for a block of 5 meditation sessions for £45. This can be booked either today in person, or by contacting me on 07915 522125 or via email clairegulliver1981@gmail.com.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential.

I wish to provide a nurturing space, where you feel grounded, relaxed, refreshed and empowered.

HypnoBirthing small group sessions will be Starting Friday 16th September, for 5 weeks 9.30am-12pm at Galanos House Hub and Cafe, Southam.

As a Mum of 4, who used HypnoBirthing when birthing my 4 children, I feel so passionately about how it can assist you with achieving an easier and more comfortable birthing experience.

It creates a beautiful family bond and a deep connection with your baby, assisting in a calm entrance to the world.

After birthing my babies and becoming a Hypnotherapist, it felt right to become a HypnoBirthing Practitioner, as I wanted to share this incredible resource with other expectant parent's.
