Yoga isn’t what you think it is.

If you think yoga is:
❌ too slow
❌ too soft
❌ only for flexible people
❌ not “real” training

…you’re not alone. And you’re probably wrong.

Yoga is strength training.
Holding your own body weight, building control and resilience.

Yoga is mobility work.
Better hips, shoulders and spine = fewer injuries and better performance.

Yoga is breath training.
Focus, calm under pressure, faster recovery.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to change who you are.

You just need a body — and you already have one.

🧘‍♂️ Yoga is for men who want to move better, feel stronger and stay injury-free.

If that’s you, you’d fit right in.

Monday evenings don’t need fixing — they need softening.

Whether you practised today or chose rest, both are valid.

Yoga isn’t just movement; it’s also knowing when to pause, reflect and breathe.

✨ Gentle reminder: rest is part of the practice.

Sunday mornings sit in a beautiful in-between space.

A chance to reflect on the week that’s been and gently prepare for the one ahead.
There’s no rush to plan or perfect. Simply notice what feels nourishing and what you’d like to carry forward.

✨ A calm reminder that Wednesday evening yoga offers a steady, grounding midweek pause.

Wishing you a peaceful Sunday 🤍

As the week draws to a close, Friday evening is an invitation to release.

Release tension, expectations and the feeling of needing to do more.
Whether through gentle movement, rest or quiet time, allow your body to settle and your breath to soften.

✨ You don’t need to earn rest — it’s already allowed.

Tonight’s full moon is traditionally a time of release, reflection and rest.

In many yoga traditions, practice pauses on the full moon — a reminder that rest is as important as movement.

Rather than flowing tonight, this is an invitation to slow down…
to notice what feels full, what’s ready to be released, and where you might soften your effort.

✨ Rest is part of the practice.
✨ Stillness is also yoga.

Jikiden Reiki is a simple, traditional form of Japanese Reiki that works gently to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

Each session offers a quiet, nurturing space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself — physically, emotionally and energetically.

✨ Jikiden Reiki sessions are available at:
• A peaceful treatment room in Fenny Compton
• My home Reiki space in Southam
• In the comfort of your own home (home visits available)

Reiki can be supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of rest and grounding.

Every experience is individual, and the effects often continue gently in the days following a session.

✨ Appointments available by booking or message.

This Thursday, we explore rhythm and repetition in vinyasa yoga 🧘‍♂️✨

Repeating familiar flows helps the body and mind settle, breathe, and move with ease.
Focus on the steady pace, breath-led transitions, and presence, letting awareness guide every movement.

Perfect for anyone wanting calm, balance, and effortless flow in their practice.

This Tuesday’s vinyasa yoga class will explore Bandha — the subtle energetic supports that help us move with strength, lightness and stability 🧘‍♀️✨

Bandha translates as “lock” or “containment,” but in practice it’s less about gripping and more about intelligent engagement and support from within. In a flowing vinyasa practice, bandha helps us feel connected, steady and protected, especially through transitions.

In class we’ll:
• Gently explore Mula Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha in an accessible, non-forceful way
• Notice how bandha supports balance, posture and ease of movement
• Use breath-led engagement to create stability without tension
• Move through a set vinyasa flow with greater control, confidence and awareness

This class is ideal if you want to:
✔ Feel more supported in your vinyasa practice
✔ Improve transitions and balance
✔ Build strength without over-efforting
✔ Develop a deeper mind–body connection

Expect a steady, mindful vinyasa flow that feels grounded yet light, helping you move with both strength and softness 🌿

🧘 Tuesday Vinyasa Yoga
📍
🕯️ All levels welcome — options always offered

Come and explore how true stability comes from within ✨
