You are not weak.
You are overwhelmed.
There’s a difference — and it’s huge.
So many women tell me:
“I shouldn’t be this tired.”
“My body shouldn’t hurt this much.”
“I don’t have time to slow down.”
But the truth?
Your body isn’t failing you —
It’s protecting you.
It’s holding too much.
And it needs a place to let go.
Here’s a small grounding practice:
Sit comfortably.
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Take one slow exhale…
…and imagine releasing just 10% of today’s weight.
