A type of regression therapy, this tool developed by Dolores Cannon provides insights and answers to questions one may have about life issues, traumas, ailments or worries. It was an amazing insight and refreshment of a previously miserable life with no meaning or purpose. I completed a Level 1 QHHT course and every session I have facilitated since has given me incredible information, energy and pleasure to see how clients get insights into their issues. The information we receive in this way is incredibly beneficial and transformative. The session is held in a safe space and it takes place in Theta state of consciousness that one is in both before going to sleep and at the point of waking up, so nothing out of the ordinary. The moment the client decides to have a session, they start connecting to their Higher Self. By the time of the session, the connection is stronger and so they are more open to receive wisdom and information, which will help them to see the circumstances of their life relating to his physical, emotional, spiritual or life problem or situation.
