How is the Kadampa Meditation Centre different from a meditation app?

Hopefully the picture has already answered this!

Now there's nothing wrong with apps, we have a new one ourselves for people to use.

But it's interesting when people say 'I don't need a meditation centre - I've got an app.'

Something you get when you come to the centre that you can't get from an app:

💟Human connection and friendship
❇️Opportunity to ask questions when you get stuck
😍Teachings that explain the meditations
☕Great coffee and great cake
💚A community of people who care and with all levels of expereince in mediation from one week to 30 years.

Everyone is welcome!

The cafe is open from 11am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday.

If you'd like to bring a group along for free contact the Centre and we'd be delighted to host you.
