"The best way to end something is to let it starve. See conflict thrives on attention the moment you engage you feed it and whatever you feed grows. But if you simply let it be if you withdraw your energy it whithers away, like a fire deprived of air. The world is built on patterns loops of cause and effect. Most stay trapped within them reacting endlessly playing the same game over and over. Here's the secret you don't have to play, step back and the game collapses, step away and new pathways unfold. Where attention goes energy flows, so if you wish to move forward let go.

Do not return negativity, do not wrestle with what seeks to pull you in. Instead remove yourself entirely, break the cycle and life will adjust to your absence. This is where real power lies, not in resistance but in redirection.

Focus on internal change to improve external circumstances, promoting self-awareness of how inner states like thoughts and emotions are reflected in life experiences. Healing involves aligning your inner self with the reality you want to create, and by changing your internal state, you can positively impact your external reality.

Chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks can raise cortisol levels, weaken the immune system, and manifest as physical illness or "dis-ease". By addressing mental and emotional well-being through practices like therapy, mindfulness, meditation and cultivating inner peace. Using body and mind connection to understand and heal emotional wounds, you can positively influence your body's physical ability to heal.

By living in alignment with natural, universal laws (such as balancing diet, movement, rest, and engaging in activities that bring joy and purpose), you can create an environment in which the body CAN heal itself.

Understanding emotions as "energy in motion" can be a tool for emotional, mental and physical health. This energy can manifest physically as a "stirring" within the body, with feelings of tension, pain and chronic stress. This can also create disruptions to your immune system, heart and digestive system. Making you more susceptible to infections like colds and flu, increased risk of high blood pressure and heart attacks, as well as stomach ulcers and other digestive problems.

Unmanaged emotions can also be the reason for fatigue, sleep problems, difficulty concentrating, and changes in appetite.

Instead of trying to suppress emotions, have a better understanding and different perspective that allows the energy to move through the body and transform.

Pay attention to the feelings that arise and where you might feel them in your body.

Breathe! be in the moment and give yourself time to process instead of acting on impulse.

Engage in self-care: Stay active, eat healthy and ensure you're getting enough rest.

Massage and other treatments can also help manage emotions by releasing physical tension linked to stress and anxiety, which boosts mood and promotes a sense of calm in your body and mind.
