2025 - A year worth pausing for.

I like doing these yearly reviews.
Not to show off.
But to stop for a moment and actually notice what happened.

So often we rush forward without appreciating the small wins, the moments, the people.
This is my way of looking back with gratitude.

This year had ups and downs.
Like every year.
But today, I choose to focus on the positives.

I helped hundreds of people return to sport and an active lifestyle.
That alone makes the year meaningful.

I recovered from my own groin injury and got back to playing football regularly again.
A reminder that rehab works - when done properly.

I picked up new sports like pickleball and padel.
And absolutely loved it.

I had the privilege of learning from world-class professionals in sports medicine and rehab.
Including spending time with the medical staff of the Polish National Football Team.
Moments like that stay with you.

I celebrated my 30th birthday surrounded by love.
A milestone I’m genuinely grateful for.

I played more golf.
Spent more time outdoors.
Moved my body in ways I enjoy.

I also worked closely with top orthopaedic specialists in Southampton, spending time in theatre and deepening collaboration - all to better help my patients locally.

When I scroll through my phone gallery, I feel proud.
Not because everything was perfect.
But because I showed up.

I love sport.
I love movement.
I love good food, good people, and small everyday moments that often get overlooked.

Now I’m excited for a fresh start.

2026 isn’t about huge goals or burning out in January.
It’s about small habits.
15–20 minutes a day.
Done consistently.
