We are looking for careers to join our team. Full training can be given however experience is preferred, you will need a full drivers license and your own vehicle. You will receive £13 per hour and mileage allowance, a pension and generous holiday entitlement.
The Willows is registered with the CQC and rated good in all 5 disciplines. You will support our clients in their own homes and play a key role in ensuring their wellbeing and independence within their own surroundings. The Role is mobile and covers Southampton and the surrounding areas.

You will need to undergo a DBS check and complete training for this role. The role is shift work and require weekend work on a scheduled basis.

We obviously will be unable to close for the queens funeral due to the nature of our business. However we will be thinking of you and your family, you were an inspiration and a true champion for The UK and commonwealth. A loved head of family as well as state. RIP

Here at The Willows we like to ensure all of our team are able to work and afford the cost of living. Thats why we have just given all our carers a payrise of 14.5% well above what others have or are doing. We appreciate costs have increased for the team and so we wanted to help as best we can. Care is a challanging sector, profit margins, despite what some may think are tight, but without our dedicated team we'd be know where. Happy team, happy clients!
