WEIGHT WATCHING IN THE FIRST 20 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY

I was so scared on how I would be about my weight gain in pregnancy BUT… I haven’t put much weight on at all, although I feel like my body shape has changed already and I’m okay with it. It’s weird having bigger hips and a pop belly but I’m living for it. I prayed for this pregnancy for 5 years and I have finally made it half way through my pregnancy with Baby Cook no1!

I make sure I watch my calories and keep on top of my steps, sometimes I way too tired so I do just chill and think ‘it’s okay to leave it, I’m tired.. relax!’ Now the baby is starting to taste everything I eat, I try and eat a lot of different things because I want to make sure I try and help myself by not creating a fussy eater, as I always have been😆! I also do eat what I want, if it’s chocolate or sweets too, biscuits are my fave at the moment. I just don’t over indulge, a couple to keep the cravings at bay!

I tell myself every day how grateful I am for my body and my journey. I am forever grateful for and for helping me lose almost 5 stone in order to start my journey with fertility to get to this moment! I get very overwhelmed when I think about how far I’ve come but I tell myself “you worked bloody hard to get here, be proud of yourself” and that I am!

Having all of my friends, family and followers be happy for me and constantly asking me how I am.. I just feel BLESSED for you all, thank you for supporting me🤎
