Pilates mixed ability Friday 10:30 am
Join our mixed Pilates class suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners to build connections in the body to enhance strength, flexibility, and well-being. This class will learn how to perform Joseph Pilates' exercises to promote balance, coordination, and core strength. Each week you'll feel more connected to your body, stronger and improved posture.
