Hi guys I am “out of office” for a bit now, looking forward to a few weeks off, after a super busy couple of months!
I have a few people booked in for May
-but am not currently taking any more advanced bookings will just post dates/times here for first come first serve when I’m back!

Every time Andy (running out of and ) called in during his marathon block he was fresh off a massive pb or an incredible long run session so it was awesome all the hard work payed off and he smashed his sub3 goal in his marathon debut at London!
Fantastic to hear the race debrief and look forward to seeing what he does next 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🏃🏻‍♂️

Lots of sports massage booking enquiries still coming in, so just a quick post to say March and April are fully booked with a small waiting list hoping for any cancellations already in situ.
This is probably the busiest time of the year supporting lots of marathoners as they approach race day in addition to the regular maintenance bookings.
Massive thankyou to everyone who booked in ahead of time and apologies to those who couldn’t get a slot during this busy period!
I am taking a break after April to rest my hands and will post future availability here when I am back!

March is very nearly fully booked with spring marathon training hitting the highest volume weeks, cross country races still going on and road races most weekends there are only a few slots left for the month.
