As you can plainly tell from my posts I am not one to over edit my videos to the highest aesthetic ( I tried that when I started out and never posted anything )but this takes the Jaffa cake 🤣

Isn't it lucky that things don't have to be caught in camera to exist?

The full moon lights up the sky and we try to take a photo to capture the moment but we can't in reality.

The full moon was the star of the show at the event. Talking about this lunation and how to work with it in the next couple of weeks.

It was a beautiful morning shared round an approximation of a camp fire, spending time winding down before the busyness of Christmas. Time to spend thinking of our farewell lists of what we want to leave behind in 2025 and fill up the void, the vacuum with all the good stuff.

A relaxing journey fuelled through a guided visualisation, sound bath and Rahanni Bath and silence.

It was a lovely morning.
Thank you.

This may be the last one at Moonstone Dukes Mill, but there will be more.
