Helping people live a better life
I started counselling because I wanted to help people overcome their fears and live a better life. They say talking is a great way to feel better about certain situations, talking through with a friend or family member is also very beneficial.
What happens when you don’t have someone close? You don’t talk you tend to let life slip by and think, “why bother it never changes”. Well it won’t if you feel it can never change, you will sabotage it until it really doesn’t ever change.
I offer you the chance to talk in complete confidentiality. I don’t judge you or tell you what to do, I encourage you to find the path you want, then help you to negotiate the bends and dead ends and cross roads you encounter. You are not alone, we all encounter obstacles, some are easy to navigate, some knock us over, and some just won’t let us move on. You deserve to be happy, it’s time to take care of you.
