With autumn about to arrive, for some of us our moods can also begin to change like the colour of the leaves. Having had the warmth upon us for the spring and summer months, things will begin to get dark and cold, which means sometimes going out and seeing people less, making the days feel longer, particularly if you live alone.
We are also all aware of this years winter financial pressures, which for many will make this a very difficult season.
Many people already suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) which is a depression what comes and goes with the seasons, most commonly winter.
