Patient & Family Support Hub The Patient and Family Support Hub is a volunteer service based at the University Hospital Southampton (UK).

We offer support to any UHS-registered patient, their families and carers, with a variety of different services provided by a volunteer team.

A huge thank you to those who have returned Zimmer frames to us at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust so far, especially Graham and Dan from Legacy Building who very kindly delivered a whopping 90 Zimmer frames to us today - equivalent to almost £2000! Thank you Graham and Dan for your kindness and supporting safe discharges of our patients ❤️

It was great to see so many people attending the UHS Rememberance Day Service this morning. Thank you to the veterans who supported at this event and to all who attended. We were so lucky to have some of our wonderful volunteers offering to support the event by giving up their time, it enabled them to es**rt patients to the event who otherwise wouldn't have been able to.
