Our Story

Thank you for visiting. My name is Louise Rooke and I have over 18 years experience as a massage therapist and over 8 years experience as a Physiotherapist. More recently in 2017 I qualified in Reflexology, seated acupressure, lava shell pregnancy massage. I am registered with the Health Care Professions council (HCPC) and the chartered society of physiotherapy (CSP) and gained my therapy qualifications from the highly respected CIBTAC and VTCT.

I pride myself in offering tailored assessments and treatments to meet the specific needs and preferences of the individual. As a Senior Physiotherapist I can offer exercises to aid rehabilitation. mobility and pain relief. I also have a special interest in Respiratory disorders, and can offer reviews of breathing techniques and specific exercises.

However I do work within my limitations of practise and will always refer on to other specialities as required.
