Specialist in the delivery of soft tissue therapies, which include a range of modalities to include a wide range of sports massage therapy and deep tissue techniques, passive and active stretching, joint articulation and mobilisation to manage back pain and keep people injury free from training.

I have been in the industry for over 20 years, and am dedicated to furthering my skills and knowledge at every opportunity, in order to be able to provide the highest level of service and client care.
