Good Morning Beautiful Souls!

This week at The Healing Grove:

Wednesday 3rd December - Torrin Vear will be offering a beautiful soundbath. Through the use of traditional instruments, you will be immersed in sounds that will help you to relax and let go, bringing peace and clarity, settling the nervous system. The session begins at 6:30pm and finishes at 8pm. Spaces are £15.00 pp. Please pop us a message to book.

Saturday 6th December - Fiona Penfold Holistic Therapist will be offering 2 separate sessions Saturday.

The first session, in the morning 10:30am to 11:30am, Fiona will be offering a group Ear Acupuncture session. This session is an incredible opportunity to experience Acupuncture, aimed toward relaxing the nervous system and supporting detox of the liver and kidneys. The second session she will be running will be an Inner Dance group, 2pm to 4pm. This session helps you tune in to your energy body, helping you release stuck or stagnant energy/emotions and giving you a deeper sense of your true self. This session is not about physical dancing, but an inner dance, a tuning into your own being and giving it space to open and let go. Yoga mats are provided for you to lay on for this experience and Fiona offers her intuitive touch to help with your process. Again, please pop us or Fiona a message if you would like to book. Spaces are £20.00 per person.
