This support is comprised of a wide range of offshore medical kits, meeting all regulatory requirements, specialist medical training and 24/7/365 Telemedical support provided worldwide. MSOS has its roots in the yacht racing community and over the years has medically supported iconic yacht races such as the the Volvo Ocean Race, the Global Challenge and more. The MSOS main office and training facility is based in Southampton, UK. Sales offices are located in the key yachting destinations of Fort Lauderdale, Florida if traveling throughout the Americas and Caribbean and in Palma De Mallorca, Spain if traveling throughout Europe and Asia.
