Of course not. We have new people join all of the time. Go at your own pace and you will be absolutely fine. We're a supportive community!
π I've never been to a gym before. Is that ok?
Of course. That's why our sessions are PT led. Plus you can ask questions at any time!

3 is a great number to start with. If you want to do more, and your body allows it - by all means do it!
π Can you help me with me nutrition?
Yes. We have a huge amount of nutrition guidance available in our programme. Just ask!

Hard work, determination, consistency and accountability. Of course, it isn't easy, but it's worth it! ππ»
