Thought I'd do a little about me for anyone new 👋

My names Sarah and I've been level 5 sports massage and soft tissue therapist for the last 9years! I love making people feel better, whether that's an instant relief of a condition or some improvement on a road of pain management. I'm madly into one particular sport... horse riding, but a fascinating part of my job has been learning about the requirements and stresses on the body from all sports and activities. That being said, you don't have to do any sport at all to benefit from my treatment! After all, we all move daily as well as asking different things from our bodies, depending on our work and lives in general. I treat from home in West End Southampton where I live with my husband, 2 boys and our pets. If you've not tried sports massage before or if you're looking for someone new to try please pop me a message 💪
