It's Mental Health Awareness Week 2025.

This year's theme is Community, and we're highlighting local communities in Southampton to support better mental wellbeing.

Sport in Mind uses physical activity to support the health & wellbeing of people experiencing poor mental health. The run free, inclusive sessions like yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment.
