What if this spring is not asking you to rest, but to rise?
Spring is not soft. It is rupture. The seed cracks open so life can emerge.
At the Spring Equinox light and dark stand equal, marking a natural threshold in the year.

Rebirth is a small gathering to meet that moment consciously. Through guided visualisation, embodied practice, meditation and sound we will ignite the inner fire, call back our power and reconnect with what is ready to grow.

A held afternoon to pause, listen inward and step into the next cycle with clarity and courage. Held in the warmth of the yurt at MaxWell Being.

Join us for a FREE Unfurling community gathering at the Oak Sanctuary. Mar, the guardian of the oak grove, graciously offers me to hold occasional community gatherings on her land.

Come and sit around the fire with us and soulfully connect around a cup of herbal tea in Bella the community space.

This is a free gathering but you must RSVP as the spaces are limited. DM me to book.

There are moments in life when something inside us begins to shift. When it feels unbearable to stay the same and just something has to shift.

You feel yourself standing at a precipice. The spring equinox is a threshold where dark and light stand equal, where a new cycle begins.

Spring may look delicate, but new life begins with rupture. The seed needs to crack open to sprout before it can grow and bloom.

Rebirth is a halfway retreat on 14th March 2-6 PM in Durley. It is a sacred pause at the threshold of season to awaken your fire, gather your energy and step forward into what is ready to emerge.

Join us for a half day retreat dedicated to ignite our fire. Together we will awaken fully from our winter slumber and step back into the light. The equinox, the perfect balance of light and dark.

And so a new cycle is begining. It's the for rebirth. Through ceremony, breathwork, sound and ritual, we will lighten our inner fire.

Let me be real with you, this is a massive stretch outside of my comfort zone. I have wanted to create a podcast for years, English is my 4th language and I was terrified of my accent, to use the wrong words, to make mistakes.

This year my word is Audacity.

And so here it is. The very first raw short episode. It's a work in progress, my word count by minutes is over the roof, and the mic needs some tweaking.

In this episode I explore the loud marketing of the fire horse, the complexity of navigating spring and pisces season, and how to come back to our own inner compass.

There is the full moon. There is an eclipse. It's Pisces season. And then there is a lot unfolding in the wider world.

Revealing the hidden shadows to show us where we may have been living inside an illusion.

Sometimes that illusion lives within us. A story about who we are, a role we have outgrown, a truth we have been avoiding.

Sometimes it is collective. The systems cracking and collapsing, the narratives unravelling, certainties no longer holding.

Our bodies feel it. Sleepless nights. Restlessness. Tenderness. A sense that we are at the precipice of change but nothing is clear yet in this hazy dream.

Let your body register what is being shown. Feet on the earth. Hand on your heart and on your womb. Connect back with your inner compass.
