Alchemy of Devotion
As November deepens and the year turns toward stillness, we are invited to lay down the masks we wear and listen for the quiet truths beneath.

Alchemy of Devotion is a winter day retreat, a space to pause, to breathe deeply, and to meet yourself with openness and care. Through breathwork, rose alchemy, and devotional movement, we will soften the noise of the mind, awaken the heart, and invite presence into the body.

CACAO & SOUND JOURNEY ~ SPECIAL EDITION

Join us for a Special Edition Sacred Cacao and Sound Journey in Southampton.

These occasional gatherings are smaller and more intimate, with a maximum of 14 participants, and will include a short sharing circle.

We’ll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao elixir to open our hearts and align with the rhythm of nature before being guided on a meditation and sound journey.

Take this time to pause, reflect, and immerse yourself in the gentle yet profound healing energy of cacao and sound.

This week has been a difficult one. Big waves of grief, big feelings of outrage at the world. This week my capacity to hold this, to accept the frustration, the helplessness in it all.

Reminding myself that whilst I have so little influence on the macro scale, we can have so much impact within our microcircles, our local communities, the people that we touch on our journey.

I used to cringe, and sometimes still do, at the term "lightworker". But actually anchoring the light is some of the most powerful work we can do, one candle at the time, one ceremony at the time.

This was one of the reasons for opening my community group this week trying to create a little sanctuary.

And this theme of anchoring the light, here are two offerings here are two offerings that feel like a candle in the darkness.

~ The magnificent Taila and Vieve are bringing together 88 womb folk at the end of the month for this gorgeous raw sisterhood community offering in Dartmoor

~ My favourite witching has created the Purple Tent. An intimate sanctuary for LGTBQIA+ and allies to come together in a sharing circle in Farnham .oak.sanctuary
