We were honoured to support the family of Arthur Daish as he made his final journey.

Arthur was a well-known and much-loved member of the community, remembered by many for his daily walks to the shops with his rescue dog Cece, often kindly picking up newspapers for neighbours along the way. Small acts like these say so much about the thoughtful person he was.

It was deeply moving to see residents come together to line the streets and pay their respects, a true reflection of how much Arthur meant to those around him.

With his funeral taking place so soon after another serious incident on Butts Road, it is clear how strongly the community continues to feel about road safety in the area. Our thoughts remain with Arthur’s family, friends and everyone affected.

It was a privilege for our team to help provide a respectful and dignified farewell, rest in peace dear Arthur 🤍
