📍 Location: 106 Spring Road, Sholing, Southampton, SO19 2QB
⏰ Hours: Flexible – Full-Time or Part-Time (hours to be discussed at interview)

✨ About the Role:

As our Administrator, you’ll play an important part in supporting families at one of life’s most difficult times. Your day will include:

✅ Providing vital administrative support for funeral arrangements and daily operations.

✅ Answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting bereaved families with compassion and care.

✅ Maintaining accurate records and confidential documents.

✅ Supporting the Funeral Director and our close-knit team.

✅ Gaining valuable experience, with clear progression into a Funeral Arranger role.

✔️ Compassionate, professional, and well-organised
✔️ Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
✔️ Strong communication skills and good IT knowledge
✔️ Happy working as part of a supportive team
✔️ Keen to build a long-term career in the funeral profession

No previous funeral experience is needed, we care more about your attitude, warmth, and willingness to learn. This role could suit a school leaver or someone ready to start a fulfilling new career in a respected and rewarding industry.
