*EMERGENCIES* We have recently had alot of calls from patients looking for emergency dentist as their own dental practice doesn't have space for days or even weeks. We have emergency openings EVERY day, for that very reason, that patients have emergencies from time to time and need to be seen that day. Its always best to call first thing in the morning to make sure you get fitted in on the day during our emergency slots. Exciting news: Ani Ohanyan has recently joined our practice. Ani has taken over Farhad Vaziri's position, She qualified in Greece and then moved to the Isle of man and worked in a private practice before moving to Southampton to further her special interest in facial asthetics and root canal treatment. Ani is proving to be a fantastic asset to our practice.

Although lock down has eased, we are still following the same covid protocol as before, so you can be assured of a covid free enviroment. If you have any queries, please call us or message us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Update for Patients following the Prime Ministers announcement 4th January 2021

As of Tuesday 5th January 2021, due to the escalation in the Covid 19 pandemic, the country will go into a further lockdown, similar to the previous lockdown in April and May last year, with the core instruction to stay home stay safe and protect the NHS.

Unlike the first lockdown it is clear that essential medical and dental services will be allowed to continue during this new lockdown. At Bursledon Dental Clinic we have been able to operate safely and efficiently over the last six months and we are pleased to say that this can continue during this coming lockdown.

If you have an appointment booked with us in the coming days and weeks, you are still most welcome to attend and we will be pleased to see you. We do understand however, that some patients will want to cancel or rearrange their appointments.

Please contact the surgery immediately by telephone on 023 8040 3428 if you wish to rearrange your appointment. We can accept an email to cancel an appointment, but please do not email requesting a rearrangement as we will be unable to rebook your appointment other than by telephone.

We do hope that you will all stay safe and well at this time and by following the rules we can all buy some time for the vaccination programme to be successful.

Seasons greetings to everyone. We are open as usual. Having taken all the precautions since June, we would like to reassure anyone who has not been to our practice as yet, that our surgery is a "safe" enviroment.
