🎄✨ Christmas Spirit Arrives Early at Carpathia grange care Home! ✨🎄

This afternoon the residents enjoyed a wonderful music therapy session, relaxing on the balcony and inside by the Christmas tree. 🎶🌲

Everyone listened to and sang along with favourite Christmas songs, and everyone had the chance to join in using musical instruments. The smiles, laughter, and festive spirit filled the whole home! ❤️

It was a joyful afternoon, and we’re excited for all the holiday fun still to come. 🎅🎵

Everyone had a fantastic time while enjoying the beautiful view ❤️

🎄✨ Festive Fun at Harbour Café! ✨🎄

This morning, the residents had a wonderful time in the Harbour Café getting into the Christmas spirit. They enjoyed making beautiful Christmas wreaths and colourful paper chains — and there were plenty of smiles and laughter along the way!

It was a lovely festive activity, and lots of fun was had by all. ❤️

🌸 A Lovely Morning in the harbour cafe! ☕️

Yesterday morning, the residents enjoyed a relaxing visit to the harbour cafe . They loved looking through all the beautiful flowers we had on display and even helped choose the perfect arrangements for our reception desk and café area.

It was a wonderful, uplifting activity that brought lots of smiles and great conversation. 🌼💐

Thank you to the amazing residents for adding such colour and joy to our home!

💛 A Busy Day of Challenges and Support! 💛

Today we took on lots of different challenges, all to support children in need. Our special Pudsey brought plenty of smiles! 🧸✨

We were also treated to a wonderful selection of cakes made by the kitchen team — a big thank you for the delicious support! 🍰💛

And of course… we all got involved in the Pudsey challenge! 🎉

✨ Namaste Session Update ✨

Today, Stephanie and Stella enjoyed a calming Namaste session with Bibin. Stephanie was especially curious to see what namaste was all about, and we’re hoping the session helped her feel relaxed and at ease. 🌿💛

Lovely to see both of them engaging and taking comfort in these peaceful moments.

Today, some of the lovely ladies enjoyed a wonderful afternoon out for lunch at The Walnut Tree. Everyone had a fantastic time sharing stories, laughter, and delicious food — with a glass of wine or a refreshing soft drink to go with their meal! 💕

It’s always such a joy to see the residents enjoying good company and making special memories together. 🥰

This morning, some of the gentlemen enjoyed a lovely trip to Adam’s Café in Hythe for a delicious brunch and a nice cup of coffee. Everyone had a wonderful time chatting, laughing, and engaging with the local community. 💬😊

It’s always so special to see the residents enjoying time out and about, making new memories together. ❤️

🌞 Morning Motivation at [Carpathia grange ]! 🌞

The residents had a fantastic start to the day with seated exercises led by Karen — lots of laughter, smiles, and great music to keep everyone moving! 🎶💪

Regular exercise not only boosts mood but also helps improve strength and balance, reducing the risk of falls and keeping everyone feeling their best. ❤️

🌸 A Big Thank You to the Wonderful Nurses! 🌸

We were so pleased to host all these lovely nurses at our care home! 💕 We are truly thankful for all the support they give to everyone in our community, as well as to the residents living here at Carpathia.

These incredible nurses go above and beyond every single day to provide exceptional care & support and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do. 💙

We’re delighted we could support you in having such a lovely day — you all deserve it! 🌼

At 11am, the residents and staff came together to observe the two-minute silence in honour of all those who have served and sacrificed in times of war.

It was a moving moment of reflection and gratitude, as we paid our respects to the brave men and women who gave so much for our freedom. 🌹

“At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”
