Calling all mums‑to‑be!
I’m delighted to be restarting my 6‑week pregnancy yoga course on Wednesday 25 February, 6.30–7.45pm at Richard Taunton’s Sixth Form College. Pregnancy is a wonderful time to tune into your changing body, connect with your baby and build a toolkit of breath, movement and relaxation to support you through birth and beyond.
We work on a birth ball to support posture, ease common pregnancy aches, and encourage optimal positioning for the baby, combining gentle sequences, self-massage, and soothing meditation for a more positive birth experience.
