After receiving my Level 3 Diploma in reflexology, I decided to start up my own business, Amethyst Reflexology. I want to try to reach as many people as possible and offer them the opportunity to experience the wonderful world of reflexology. Amethyst Reflexology offers relaxing treatments to help combat the stresses and strains of every day life and to help rebalance and strengthen your mind, body and spirit and encourage your body to help heal itself.. Reflexology can help reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, balance the whole system, revitalise energy, strengthen the immune system, stimulate creativity and productivity and help prevent disease. You may notice other aspects improve too but this happens on a very individual basis. I also offer aromatherapy. I use high quality essential oils and each one has its own healing properties. I can create blends tailored specially for you, depending on your individual needs and fragrant preferences. These blends can be used during reflexology treatments or at home in a manner of different ways. Since becoming a reflexologist in 2013 I have also qualified in Indian head massage and Reiki. I am a full member of The Association of Reflexologists and The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and I am fully insured.
