Caring Hands only recruit people we would want giving care to our loved ones; people who demonstrate the right care values that are essential for the role of Care Worker, including compassion, kindness, integrity, competence, patience and dignity.

Caring Hands is delighted to share that the beloved Park Gate Traders’ Christmas Carol Evening is happening once again so be sure to join us on Monday 8th December from 6:30pm on Middle Road. (The road will be closed to traffic from 6pm, ensuring a safe and festive space for all) 🎅

Enjoy performances by the Second Chance Charity Brass Band and Park Gate Primary School Choir and the magic of Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a special appearance from Father Christmas, arriving on his sleigh. There’ll be mulled wine, hot dogs, coffee, cakes, and festive stalls from local businesses 🎄

We’re also excited to share that, thanks to a grant from Hampshire County Council, Middle Road will be sparkling with brand-new Christmas lights this year—making Park Gate shine brighter than ever! ✨

Everyone is welcome so wrap up warm and come celebrate with the community, we can’t wait to see you ❤

As we observe the two minutes of silence today, let us reflect on the value of peace, compassion, and care — principles that guide us every day in supporting those around us 🥰

This time last week we were having a blast at our Halloween party 🎃

It was a fab day, filled with lots of good food, refreshments, music, games, fun and of course a competition! 👻

As we enjoy the sparkle of fireworks and the warmth of bonfires tonight, let’s take a moment to look out for one another — and for those who may find this time difficult ❤️

Caring Hands is here to remind everyone that safety and kindness go hand in hand:
✨ Keep children and pets at a safe distance from fireworks and flames
✨ Never leave bonfires unattended
✨ Be mindful of clients and neighbours — especially those who may be vulnerable, elderly, or easily startled
✨ If someone needs a quiet space or a listening ear, let them know they’re not alone
