Unwrap confidence that actually lasts.

December doesn’t have to be the month where you lose yourself in the rush and then start January feeling behind. When you stay consistent now, you step into the new year feeling lighter, stronger, and proud of what you’ve done for yourself. So don’t right off December. Please.

🎄Happy Sunday 7 December 🎄

We’re now 18 days until Christmas, which feels close… but not close enough to throw the towel in. This next week still counts. Staying on plan now makes your Christmas feel so much lighter, calmer and more in control.

Use your planner to spot any meals or moments where you’re off plan. Write them in and keep everything honest and simple. If you’ve got work to do this week, block it off and keep it contained. Then put your focus on the days where nothing is happening. Those are the days that make the biggest difference.

And because it’s Sunday… pop your trainers on and get out for a walk. Fresh air does wonders for your mindset and sets the tone for the whole week. 🚶‍♀️🚶

A little snapshot of the things keeping me feeling cosy, focused and festive this month.
December can get busy, emotional and a bit chaotic, so I love grounding myself with the small habits and comforts that keep me on track.
