It's that time of the week again.... meal prep Sunday!
This delicious chicken fajita bowl is just 306kcal and 22g Protein per serving.
* 600g chicken breasts
* 200g beansprouts
* 3 peppers
* 250g mushrooms
* Sachet fajita seasoning
* 4 packets Mexican Rice
*Chop chicken, peppers and mushrooms and add to air fryer
* Add beansprouts and sprinkle over fajita seasoning
* Mix together, then cook at 200c for 20 mins
* Divide rice equally between 8 containers, once cooked spoon fajita mix over the top.
* Once cooled, containers can be refrigerated or frozen
