Qualified as a mental health first aid at work tutor.

‘Qualsafe’ are the only governing body outside of mental health England to be accredited with this course and I am one of eight people in the UK to be the first to qualify.

Lots of head down into my books now to sort out the course contents to be ready to deliver this course.

Thank you to everyone for your kind words and support.

This hush hush subject needs to be as acceptable in the work place, just as a first aider is accepted.

Let’s start to get rid of the stigma associated with Mental Health. We all have low points during our lives so let’s just keep them as low ‘points’ not permanently low.
