We offer long-term counselling and psychotherapy, and are able to offer once-, twice- or three-times a week sessions.

About SCTC

SCTC has been providing high quality psychotherapy and counselling in the Southampton area for over 30 years. The counsellors and psychotherapists who make up our organisation are fully qualified, we also have counsellors and psychotherapists in training. We are members of BACP, UKCP or both, and abide by the codes of ethics of these bodies.

Throughout its history, SCTC's aims have remained the same:-


  • to provide affordable, accessible counselling and psychotherapy, both long and short-term;

  • to work with other organisations to raise awareness of the social consequences of mental distress and generate discussion through conferences and workshops;
