National diabetes day! Did you know Slimming world is working Diabetes Uk and we have everything you need to lose weight and help your diabetes meet Gary from my Weston group who is no longer considered diabetic having lost weight 💪

Gary who was warned by his GP that if he didn't change his lifestyle he would become insulin dependent with his diabetes. Gary's GP recommended Slimming world and gave him a GP referral voucher for a free 12 weeks. Losing an amazing 4 1/2 stone he is no longer considered diabetic leading a much more active lifestyle with his wife and grandchildren as well as becoming quite the chef when it comes to his slimming world creations including enchiladas and jambalaya. A fabulous addition to the members of the Thursday Weston group in Southampton at the 5 session

Feels like a Wonder Woman t shirt kind of day!! 🥰 that’s 9 months of maintaining my new 10 stone target loss with actually a cheeky half off taking me under target 🎉🎉🎉 celebrating by wearing my new size 8 jeans ☺️☺️ that’s 8 clothes sizes down 💪💪 dare to dream, with just a few changes it can be done and I promise you it’s sooo worth it ❤️❤️❤️

Meet Pauline a valued member of the Weston group. Joined in December 22 having lost all sense of taste and smell after contracting covid it had left her putting on the pounds in a bid to taste something! Slimming world free food system has given her a new way to cook utilising all the herbs and spices to help her senses recognise food again but nore importantly the weightloss has helped her find a new lease on life after long COVID took affect. Pauline looks sensational as mother of the bride in this after photo 🥰 worked hard with changing her habits and is beautifully maintaining her weight. Always a friendly face at our 10.30 group ❤️

WHO AM I? I’m a girl who lost her way, didn’t want to be seen, socialise or even step outside the front door. Felt useless, a burden and not worthy of my husband or children’s affection. With the help of my family I found my way to a slimming world group and I’ve never looked back! I’ve lost 10 stone but more importantly learnt the necessary habits to keep it off 🎉 now a consultant I’m there to help and support any one in need of losing weight or learning healthy food habits. My life has completely changed, I’m healthy, fit and extremely active absolutely loving life and I can help you find that too! My sessions are every Thursday at Holy trinity church, Weston lane 9, 10.30 & 5pm
