From the hills of Idjwi, this formidable female-founded and-led cooperative produces a coffee that is bright and fruit-forward with moderate body. Expect juicy guava and pear notes with a sweet and smooth finish.

No mixed signals here, just pure chemistry. Smooth, sexy and a little dangerous, it's the perfect cocktail for Valentine's or Galentine's date...

Vanilla cocoa butter recipe:

- Add 200g of caster sugar, 200g of water, 1tbsp of vanilla extract and 100g of cocoa butter to a saucepan. Place over medium heat and gently stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.

- Freeze the mixture in a freezer-safe container until the cocoa butter solidifies on top.

- Remove from the freezer and strain the mixture through a coffee filter paper or cheesecloth.

(Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks.)
